At the La Vigotte restaurant, it’s the chef, Laurent Grandgirard, who leads the team in the kitchen!
Born in Mélisey in Haute-Saône, Laurent learned the rigor of his profession and nourished his passion for cooking in beautiful houses with great chefs such as Frédéric Roy (Le Pot d'Etain in Danjoutin), Patrick Henriroux (La Pyramide in Vienne) and Jean-Luc Germond (Le Sébastopol in Lille). At the head of his own restaurant, Oxalis in Remiremont for 7 years, it is his experience of more than 30 years that he puts at your service in La Vigotte, near Remiremont, since 2018.
Close to the beautiful forests of the Vosges and this generous nature, here with his team he perpetuates the tradition of friendly and gourmet local cuisine. Everything is cooked on site, it is “homemade” cuisine developed with the greatest respect for the product, its seasonality, its cooking, its texture and of course, its taste.
On the magnificent panoramic terrace in fine weather or in the warm atmosphere by the fireplace, the restaurant will be the perfect setting for intimate moments between lovers, a convivial family meal, a private reception or a business lunch near Remiremont.
